After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we dispatch the items included in your order, you will be charged.
Once an order has been confirmed by you we will be unable to make changes to it. Vendula reserves the right to refuse orders at any time. This may occur if, for example:
- The product goes out of stock
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained by us
- There is an inaccuracy or error within the product information
We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Pre-orders: as we do not store payment details, payments are taken at the validation of the pre-order. Pre-order estimated dispatch dates are indicated on the product page. This estimated dispatch date may slightly vary depending on stock availability.
