Once you have received an email to confirm your order, just sit back, relax and wait for the email advising that your order has been dispatched. If you have ordered before 12 noon on Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch your order the same day. For orders placed after 12 noon and on the weekends, they will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday). While we endeavour to deliver your items in the stated timeframe, we are entirely dependent on the postal service selected and therefore delivery times can vary due to: • The time the order was placed • How close you are to your local sorting office • Weather conditions • Exceptional events (Christmas, bank holidays etc.) Sales periods Please note that dispatch times will vary during sales periods. We will aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee a dispatch time. Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively apply discounts to Sale products bought before the sale commenced. We would suggest that if your order falls under the 14-day returns policy as mentioned in our FAQs, this can be returned through the usual avenues and a second order with the sale prices can be made. Black Friday Please be aware that at this time of year due to Black Friday sales worldwide and the upcoming Christmas period, our shipping partners and warehouse team will be incredibly busy, and significant delays can occur with your order. We are working hard to get your orders packed and dispatched for you as soon as is possible, but please do be patient with our teams and only contact our Customer Care Team for information on your shipment status if you haven’t had a dispatch email from us within 10 working days of the placement of your order. Delivery times are difficult to estimate due to high traffic worldwide, so we will be unable to guarantee any deliveries within a certain timeframe. The Customer Care Team will be available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT for all other inquiries, but we do expect delays in response time during this time as well. Your order is important to us, so we have increased overtime and work hours during this period to meet demand, but we ask that you please bear with us. Out of stock items While not a common occurrence, it can happen that in the unfortunate situation where one or more of your ordered items is out of stock, we will refund the out of stock items from your order and prioritise the dispatch of the rest of your order. Our Customer Care team will contact you to let you know that we have had to refund part of your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make substitutions. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Christmas Delivery Please see below for our final shipping dates for Christmas. Please note this does not guarantee delivery for Christmas and we cannot take any responsibility for delayed shipments. If your order is being shipped by Royal Mail, your tracking number can be found in our dispatch confirmation email.
If your order is being shipped by OCS Worldwide, DPD or FedEx, the couriers will send you an email containing your tracking number. Please note that the email you get from these couriers can sometimes take a day or two to arrive.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam and double check that the email address you provided when placing the order is correct.
Unfortunately, we currently do not sell gift vouchers.
To use your code, please enter it during the checkout process. Please note that some promotion codes will need you to have an account with us and be logged into this account before applying the promo code. Please note only promo codes found on our website or sent via our newsletters are valid. Any promo code found on other social media or third party websites are not valid on our website.
Do not forget to click on ‘Apply’ before placing the order to apply your discount code.
Please double check that the promo code applies to the items present in your cart (you can find the terms and conditions in our newsletters or on our banners).
Generally our promo codes are only valid on full priced items and also only valid for a specified time, but please check the terms and conditions for each promotion.
Promo codes found on our website only apply to online orders, and cannot be used in our shops unless stated.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam emails. If you cannot find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please contact us at support@vendulalondon.com and we will investigate for you.
Moreover, if no payment was withdrawn from your account, it means that the order did not go through. Please place your order again.
For data protection purposes, orders cannot be placed by email or over the phone. If you cannot place the order yourself, please ask a relative or a friend if they can do it for you. Unfortunately we currently do not provide a click and collect service, however, you can always call our amazing shop staff team on

to pop aside an item or two so that you can pick it up when you’re ready.
A processed order cannot be amended, therefore if you wish to change the content of your order, we will unfortunately have to cancel and refund the order and ask you to place a new one.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@vendulalondon.com as once the order is being picked and packed, it will be too late to stop the dispatch. In the case where the package has left our warehouse, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to us before we can process a refund for you.
Also you would have to pay for the delivery cost.
We accept all major bank cards. Also we accept payments via PayPal.
Please double check that you have filled in the form correctly and that you have chosen a delivery option – even when your order is entitled to free shipping. Also please make sure you have ticked the box which states that you agree to our terms and conditions above the 'Pay Now' button.
1. VAT We charge UK VAT for orders placed on our UK website. VAT is also included within the price of items sold within the European Union. In both cases, the VAT is already included as part of the product price. Of course, different countries have different tax rates and that is included in the price you see on the website. Please purchase your order on the website that is most relevant to you to ensure you are charged the correct amount of VAT. CUSTOMS FEES Please be aware that in Europe, orders of €150 and over are being charged customs fees. Unfortunately, we do not know how much you will be charged for customs fees. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office to enquire with them how much you will be charged. International orders are also subject to customs fees, no matter the order value.
We use pink and white striped Vendula London packaging that will protect your products during their journey to you.
If your order only contains a smaller item (Like a wallet), it will be shipped in a white padded envelope. If your order contains several bags, we may dispatch them in a carton box, still making sure that your products are well protected to avoid any damage.
If your order contains a gift to a loved one, you can of course contact us at support@vendulalondon.com as soon as the order is placed so we can send the products in plain packaging in order not to ruin the surprise.
For UK orders, Royal Mail or DPD are in charge of our parcels.
International orders are handled by Fedex, OCS Worldwide and Royal Mail.

The main material used for the production of our bags and wallets is Vegan leather, which feels just like real leather but is animal cruelty free.
Every season, our products are tested and certified by the Vegetarian Society.
We are proud to be a Vegan Approved company.
Sometimes it's just nice to have things that don't hurt animals, right? We actually never really set out to be a Vegan brand! We started using non-animal leathers simply because we wanted to make super strong bags that could withstand everything we do to them. Each of our bags is printed, embossed, appliquéd and embroidered, so the fabrics used need to be as hard wearing as these processes are! Animal leathers just don't cut it -- and since we care about animal lives, it was an easy choice to make!
Our designs are dreamed up by a team of very talented designers based in and around London. Our designers are a dynamic, diverse range of people, all with a common passion for creating interesting and quirky shapes and styles. No one person stands out, everyone's thoughts and opinions are considered and everything at Vendula is a team effort. We believe it is this honest and organic design process that helps us produce the whimsical, interesting, fun, quirky designs that Vendula makes each season.
Our bags are pretty sturdy and will stand the test of time if you look after them right! Every bag comes with our iconic pink dust bags - remember to store your Vendula London bag inside that dust bag when you’re not using it to keep it free of... well dust! And although you might be tempted to show them off in a window, keep them out of direct sunlight to preserve the colours. And out of puddles - our Vegan-approved fabrics are water resistant, but your bags are best kept out of the sea. When your bag gets a bit dirty from using it, simply wipe over with a damp cloth or ‘leather’ wipes.
All our products are guaranteed for a year from the date you place your order (With proof of purchase... If you do not have a physical copy of your receipt, please let us know what email address you bought the item with and we should be able to find your purchase in our system). Except items bought from the Outlet section of the website which have a Guarantee of 6 months from date of purchase. What is covered? Broken straps, clasps, zips or other manufacturing faults. What is not covered? Misuse of the product (over stacking, dents) and wear and tear.
Sometimes things just break..
If your strap breaks and you need a replacement or a spare, please contact us on support@vendulalondon.com with your name, address, phone number, bag style (so we know which strap to send you) and one of our lovely customer care team will help you out.
Straps cost £5 plus shipping.
If the product is no longer available online, it means that it is unfortunately completely out of stock.

If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 14 days of receipt via our contact page or by sending an email to: returns@vendulalondon.com. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return and a short explanation for the return. Send the unwanted item back to us at the address below, including your name and order number.

We are happy to make a refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of us receiving your returns notification email. A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. We can only issue a refund on postal fees if your order was faulty at reception or your product has gone faulty within the Guarantee. We offer an extended Christmas returns period. Any orders made from 16th November 2023 (inclusive) up until 24th December 2023 (inclusive) are eligible to be returned up until 31st January (inclusive) 2024. We do not refund postal fees for the return of an unwanted item.
When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Vendula London will arrange an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights and Vendula London’s decision is final.

Unfortunately as your item was not bought from our website or one of our shops, you will have to go back to the shop where the item was bought in order to get an exchange or a refund.
We’re sorry you didn’t like your product!
We will always try to accommodate you the best we can - and if you find it easier to return in our London Stores, let our sales team know you’d like to return to store by emailing returns@vendulalondon.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Sadly we can’t refund your card in-store if you bought online, but we can refund your original payment type online as long as the bag is returned within 14 days in its original packaging.

Vendula London started as a small business importing and exporting cute bags around the world in 2003. But we grew bored of what other people had to offer and simply decided to make our own! We wanted to make bags that were cute, original and made you smile when you saw them. And so the real Vendula London was born! We first became inspired by a 1970s bag that was a wooden house, and from then made a modern version of a ‘house bag’ that would stand the test of time and be adored the world over. You guessed it — our iconic Shop Front style was born! And since then we’ve been bringing our beautiful and fun shop styles every season.
