Personalised Product Purchase
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once an order has been confirmed by you, you will be unable to make changes to it or cancel it. Vendula London reserves the right to refuse orders at any time. This may occur if, for example:
Payment authorisation cannot be obtained by us
There is an inaccuracy or error within the product information
We will contact you if there is a problem with your order. Please note: it can sometimes take up to 8 weeks for your personalised items to be produce and dispatch.
Text: We will correct obvious grammatical errors, e.g. your (you’re). If in doubt we will call or email you for confirmation.
Please be aware that we will not print anything that is deemed to incite racial hatred, or that is discriminatory or in breach of privacy.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our merchandise we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or if the product is not to the taste of the receiver. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer you a refund.
In the eventuality of an item being faulty we will either refund or replace the item. Please notify us within 14 days of arrival by email sales@vendula.co.uk.
