Where is my order?

Once you have received email confirmation of your order, just sit back, relax and wait for the email advising that your order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday up to 12 noon.

How can I track my order?

If your order is being shipped by Royal Mail, your tracking number can be found in our dispatch confirmation email.

If OCS Worldwide, DPD or FedEx is shipping your order your courier will send you an email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam and double check that the email address you provided when placing the order is correct.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You can find all the shipping and delivery information on our website under the delivery and returns section.

Please be advised that the time frames shown online are only estimates. Times can vary depending on the weather conditions, bank holidays, or customs checks.

Unfortunately events like this cannot be foreseen so please be patient or contact the local courier if you want an update.

Who will deliver my parcel?

For UK orders, Royal Mail or DPD are in charge of our parcels. International orders are handled by Fedex, OCS Worldwide and Royal Mail.

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

For data protection purposes, orders cannot be placed by email or over the phone. If you cannot place the order yourself, please ask a relative or a friend if they can do it for you.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

A processed order cannot be amended, therefore if you wish to change the content of your order unfortunately, we will have to cancel and refund the original order and ask you to place a new one.  If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible as once the order is being picked and packed, it will be too late to stop the dispatch. In this case, you will need to pay for the delivery cost.

How many items can I order?

You can order as many items as you wish as long as the parcel is below 5 kilos for a UK delivery and 3 kilos for an International delivery.

Please note: only authorised resellers can sell our products online. If you have a brick and mortar shop and wish to become a wholesale customer, please email sales@vendula.co.uk.

What are my payment options?

We accept bank cards and PayPal payments. Exceptionally you can also pay by bank transfer, please send an email to contact@vendulalondon.com.

How do I get a copy of an invoice for my order?

Your invoice will be in your order confirmation email. You can also print a copy via your account on our website or ask to receive a copy in PDF format by sending an email to contact@vendulalondon.com.

Why is my payment declined if there were sufficient funds in my account?

Please double check that you have filled in the form correctly and that you have chosen a delivery option – this is necessary, even when your order is entitled to free shipping.

Does the Vendula London Ltd website charge VAT?

We do charge VAT for orders travelling inside the EU. For international orders, we do not charge VAT but you may be charged customs fees once the parcel reaches your local customs office.

How do I change the currency?

You can change the currency by clicking on the drop down menu next to the basket icon. Please note that the currency is set by default according to the website you are visiting. When you change the currency display, you will still be charged either in GBP (UK website), Euro (EU, French, Italian, German and Spanish websites) or in USD (US website). Please check with your bank for international fees.

 

Can I pay for the order upon delivery?

All orders have to be placed online and paid for before they are dispatched.

Do you sell online gift vouchers?

Unfortunately we do not sell gift vouchers.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Simply enter your promo code at checkout. You will need to have an account and be logged into this account before applying the promo code. Do not forget to click on ‘Apply’ before placing the order.

Why is my promo code not working?

Please double check that the promo code applies to the items in your cart (you can find the terms and conditions in our newsletters or on our banners)

Can I use my promo code in-store?

Promo codes found on our website only apply to online orders, unless it is otherwise stated.

I have placed an order but have not received my order confirmation, has my order gone through?

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam emails. If no payment was taken from your account, it means that the order did not go through. Please place your order again.

Why is my order not showing in my order history?

You may not have been logged into your account when placing the order. In that case, it cannot be retrieved.

How can I create an account?

Simply visit our website, click on ‘Your Account’ and register.

What are the benefits to having a Vendula account?

You will no longer need to enter all your details each time you place an order. You will also be able to see the status of your orders or add products to your wish list, among others.

How can I change my account information?

Log into your account and select the tab you need to update. For example, to change your delivery address, click on ‘Address book’.

How secure is my account information?

Only you have access to your account thanks to your password. Also we do not store any payment information on our server.

I cannot remember my password, what do I do?

When you log in, enter your email address then click on ‘Forgotten Password’. A new temporary password will be sent - but do not forget to change it once you regain access to your account.

Can I change the email address registered to my Vendula account?

Yes, you can. Simply click on ‘Account Information’ and edit any information that needs to be updated.

How do I add an address?

Log into your account, click on ‘Address Book.’  You will then be able to change either your billing address or your delivery address.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Vendula newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking on the ribbon at the top of our homepage. To unsubscribe, just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters.

How can I close my Vendula account?

If you wish to close your Vendula account, please let us know and we will remove your information from our database.

The product I want is not shown on the website. Can I purchase it from you by any other means?

If the product is no longer available online, it means that, unfortunately, it is completely out of stock.

Why would an item be showing as available online, if it is out of stock?

Sometimes what is shown as being available online does not reflect what is in our warehouse. Even though we try our best to match our physical stock with our online system, mistakes can happen and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Can I leave a product review?

Is there a guarantee?

All our products are guaranteed for a year from the day you place your order. What is covered? Broken straps, clasps, zips or other manufacturing damage. What is not covered? Misuse of the product (over stacking, dents) and wear and tear.

Are Vendula products made with real leather?

The material we use  in the production of our bags and wallets is usually PU leather, which feels just like real leather but is animal cruelty free. Every season, our products are approved by the British Vegetarian Society and we are also proud to be a Vegan certified company.
