While we endeavour to deliver your items in the stated timeframe, we are entirely dependent on the postal service selected and therefore delivery times can vary due to:

• Time order was placed

• How close you are to your local sorting office

• Weather conditions

• Exceptional events (Christmas, Bank holidays etc...)

We cannot be held liable for delivery situations out of our control. Vendula London Ltd will not refund shipping costs for late delivery caused by the postal service in your country.
