For orders over €150 and where possible, our courier will split your package and send two or more packages to avoid you incurring customs fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over which orders are split. The cost of the extra delivery is borne by Vendula London at no expense to you.

While we endeavour to deliver your items in the stated timeframe, we are entirely dependent on the postal service selected and therefore delivery times can vary due to:

• Time order was placed

• How close you are to your local sorting office

• Weather conditions

• Exceptional events (Christmas, Bank holidays etc...)

If a delivery delay occurs we will always try to remedy this for you as quickly as possible, please email us on support@vendulalondon.com for the quickest resolution. We cannot be held liable for delivery situations out of our control. Vendula London Ltd will not refund shipping costs for late delivery caused by the postal service in your country.
